Project Management Role and Candidate:
We’re after an exceptional Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to bring their own additional expertise and skill set to our existing team of dedicated individuals. This person will provide professional project management and employer’s agent services for a number of prestigious, diverse clients.
You will be an integral part of the Enborne Team but also relish the opportunity to work autonomously on projects from conception to completion. The role provides an overarching leadership position within the project structure – you would be a principal part of the client’s delivery team liaising with and coordinating Asset Managers, Agents, Designers, Engineers, Contractors and Tenants etc. Projects vary widely in value and complexity. Currently, the portfolio comprises new build and refurbishment within retail, leisure, residential, high-end offices, public realm and mixed-use schemes.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in commercial property project management and employer’s agent / contract administration roles within a professional consultancy commercial environment, delivering multiple projects to an outstanding standard. This client-facing role delivers variety, unlimited opportunity and an exciting chance to be part of a flourishing business. A relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
Candidates must have ambition: the desire to deliver successful projects and the ability to forge long lasting business relationships with consultants and clients. Whilst Enborne seeks opportunities with new clients, its core strategy is to maintain strong links with existing clients to ensure ongoing repeat business.

- Starting salaries from £50,000 to £65,000 basic salary (experience dependent)
