A niche and highly acclaimed independent construction project management business is looking to appoint a construction Project Manager (property consultancy trained) who can support / take responsibility for projects between £2-10m, specifically within CAT A&B project sectors – although there’s no so called ‘pigeon holing’ going on here!

Our client has an unrivalled reputation for leadership, management & delivering project quality – they don’t do steel frame glass boxes or the equivalent of internal fit out! Instead, your days will be filled with high design, creative thought processes and initiating bespoke project solutions! Typically, these aren’t your normal commercial office projects either, nor clients. They’re consistently challenging, complex, even ground-breaking and certainly industry notable!  

To apply, candidates must have some minmimums, first is a construction project management or surveying and secondly, you’ll have achieved a professional membership with the RICS or MAPM or be close to award. But of equal, high priority, is the character & aptitude of the individual themselves, yes you must scratch up technically but these guys ‘n’ girls aren’t table thumpers, they’re analytical in nature & project strategists….of calm disposition, particularly in pressurized situations. So, you should be too.   

They’ve a long history of hiring high achievers with a tangible passion for technical detailing and architecture as well as nurturing and giving excellent pastoral care towards each and every staff member.

It’s anticipated that you’ve either delivered similar construction projects in a supporting role or outright. And partnering very closely with their clients, they’re looking for professionals who can effortlessly exert their influence to deliver innovative solutions through sound understanding of construction and diligent decision making. Of course, you will also have exceptional communication & reasoning skills too.
