Our client is a highly respected Project Management consultancy based in Central London. They specialize in complex new build (and refurbishment) residential, hospitality and mixed use developments across London and the South East. Over the past decade, they’ve carved out an exceptional reputation for delivering schemes others simply can’t or won’t, and in doing so, have built a hard earned status as a remarkable and trusted partner who delivers, on time, to budget and with exceptional quality.
As a progressive expansion of their business, they’re seeking to hire an talented Project Manager (possibly still APC training) to assist with a couple of key projects; responsible to a couple of highly respected Directors.
Focused projects include a major 5* hotel project in an iconic area of London and a major residential development as part of a groundbreaking waterfront masterplan. Beyond this, there are other fantastic opportunities which the successful candidate will be considered for in due course.
Candidates wishing to apply need to have, as a minimum, a construction project management or surveying degree – 2:1 or higher (RICS accredited) – coupled by a minimum of 3 years professional UK consultancy experience to date. Candidates whom are recently MRICS should also apply.
Personal attributes need to be well honed, they take on challenging projects which require the individual to exercise due stakeholder diplomacy and sensitivity and someone who can routinely perform at a very high level.
It’s anticipated that the successful candidate will be either competently managing smaller multi-unit / development projects <£10m or an individual taking a prominent client facing role in support of larger schemes >£50-100m. If still required, you will receive all the support and mentoring required regarding any outstanding APC journey. Remuneration package will include a market leading starting salary up to £55,000 basic + other benefits including employee pension (employer matching programme), life assurance, private healthcare, 25 days holiday along with a company performance related discretionary bonus (SPS).
