Senior / Project Manager
Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a senior and or a project competent project manager to join its expanding project development team.
Ideally a chartered professional and/or minimum 3 years post-graduation project management experience, you will be working on a variety of projects from healthcare, education to commercial offices as part of a prestigious public framework agreement.
Candidates will need to have a construction consultancy background with preferably a Building Surveying degree however other technical disciplines will be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate good leadership skills & a robust client facing ability. Personal qualities sought include; being an effective leader, skilled management of contractors and sound administration of NEC and partnering contracts. Skills such as bid writing and knowledge of OJEU procurement is highly desirable.
Your project responsibilities will also include undertaking the role of Employers Agent / Contract Administration. As an individual, our client always looks for candidates with strong individual traits; excellent interpersonal skills, a working flair and candidates who can get to grips with projects quickly. Successful candidates will also be approachable, friendly and comfortable dealing with all levels in a demanding role.
Starting salaries from £50,000 to £75,000 + benefits (depending on experience)
