Senior Project Manager

Our client is a busy, established partnership offering principally Cost, Project & Building Consultancy services. They are URGENTLY seeking to appoint another Senior Project Manager to their Bucks office. 

Key current projects range between hotel, industrial and high end residential projects albeit this office also had a pedigree in education & retail too. Projects from £0.5m to £20m.  Related experience would be advantageous but projects.

Successful candidates will require a surveying or preferably a construction project management degree or MSc, with a current or previously relevant employed role. You should have a minimum 3-5 years project management experience to date. You will require experience of JCT administration and ideally have performed an ancillary role as either a Contract Administrator or Employers Agent. This is a fabulous opportunity to work outside of the city, in a very friendly office with some highly experienced professionals around you and not least in a very influential position in the businesses’ future with progression to management level in the future.
