A prestigious design & project services consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to advance its existing & independent reputation as a leader in residential, specialist housing and mixed use sectors. The successful candidate will join their development consultancy team.

Suitable candidates should have a surveying background, Building Surveying would be particularly advantageous and candidates should have managed a variety of residential housing projects (construction) for public sector clients for at least 8-10 years. Projects can include general needs, keyworker, student, sheltered and special needs schemes to range from £500k to £50m regeneration projects. Whole project management, project delivery and cost appraisals experience is required.

Alternatively, our client would consider an experienced Chartered QS (MRICS) candidate whom has worked closely with developers, councils, housing providers, managing a range of projects including up to 500 homes and affordable homes development schemes. An RICS assessor candidate would be advantageous. Quantity Surveying candidates should have completed EA Registered Provider projects over £10M, and alongside, have a significant working history in this sector.
