Our client is global engineering consultancy seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager to work on a variety of high value London based projects, including a £140m residential / commercial tower, a £25m affordable residential scheme, a tower mixed used development and a mixed use complex cut and carve scheme.

Reporting into an Project Director you will be well supported and mentored through to an anticipated management position. Day to day you will also enjoy their completely fresh approach as to working best for their clients.

Based from a state of the art building, impressively located, our client is seeking to hire a ‘generalist’ project manager whom has had a variety of project exposures including either commercial, new build, fit-out, mixed-use and residential projects, ideally to values near to / beyond £25m.

It’s expected your experience thus far will include a commensurate level of UK and property consultancy led experience along with a mandatory full working knowledge of the JCT suite of contacts. Professionals that are chartered will stand at an advantage but that should discourage those with notable project delivery experience to date. Your expertise must allow you to be responsible for managing major project packages to full project autonomy.
