Our client has an outstanding global reputation within the property consultancy sector and their regional office in Cambridge is continuing to bang the drum too! As an award winning business, hiring the best localized talent lies at the heart of their regional successes and that’s paramount for this appointment.

They are looking for a project running PM with a proven delivery record, someone who’s demonstrably capable of managing construction projects from feasibility to completion with minimal supervision / guidance. With potentially more than one appointment in the mix, the successful candidate(s) must have a burgeoning professional record(s) of supporting and / or managing commercially led construction projects (new build and / or heavy refurbishment) with an accompanying construction related degree. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years, post degree experience, in a UK property consultancy setting.

The role is delivery focused, you will be responsible for all out going client requirements in managing various projects at different stages to their successful completions. Their office is managing a genuine mixture of schemes including a new £25m office development project, various smaller offices and laboratories projects c£1-3m. They are also working with a national horticultural client on a national programme of work…and more…    

This is cracking opportunity for an intermediate level project manager or an early stage Senior who’s wanting a long term growth opportunity, someone who’s recently stepped up or who’s more than ready for greater project & client autonomy. Fundamentally, this a niche office so it requires candidates to be collaborative in their approach, comfortable in taking individual responsibility yet be decisive in their problem solving and project execution.
