Working in a highly desirable home county location, our client is a busy and established partnership offering Cost, Project & Building Consultancy project services.

They are URGENTLY seeking to appoint another Project Manager to their Buckinghamshire office. Key current projects range between hotel, industrial and retail projects albeit they also had a pedigree in education & residential projects too. Projects from £1m to £40m.

Successful candidates will require a surveying or a construction project management degree or MSc. to be considered for an Associate grade, you will need to have a minimum 3-5 years project management experience (to date) within private practice. It’s anticipated that your experience will have seen you manage other similar construction projects (via JCT contract) and ideally have performed an ancillary role as either a Contract Administrator or Employers Agent.

This is a fabulous opportunity to work outside of the city, in a very friendly office with some highly experienced professionals around you and not least in a very influential position in the businesses’ future with progression to executive level in the future.

In return, depending on experience, our client can offer you a generous starting salary to c£45,000 – £55,000 + pension + life assurance cover + 27 days Holiday
