Our client is a busy, well established partnership offering principally Cost, Project & Building Consultancy services with several offices around the UK. They are seeking to appoint an Intermediate level Project manager as an integral part to their national Project Management team based out of Buckinghamshire.
Successful candidates will require a consultancy background in commercial property development, and ideally some experience in new build steel frame re: industrial property projects. Candidates applying should be professionally accredited (potentially Chartered) with a minimum of 5 years construction project management experience. Candidates will need to demonstrate a few key attributes; a personal composure in a pressured environments; a team playing attitude and aptitude; a proven project track record (delivery) and an ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in great location outside of the city, in a very friendly office with highly experienced professionals to assist you towards a Senior post within 12-18 months.
In return, our client is prepared to offer a starting salary to c£55,000 (dependent on experience) + Pension + Life assurance cover + 27 days holiday
