Director of Project Management
Our exclusive client, an expanding and entrepreneurial project & cost management business, has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Project Management to take a senior role in the day to day activities of the business.
Managing a hierarchy of c10 direct staff, focusing on its core Project Management services, the successful individual will be responsible for working within the team and spearheading the drive forwards, attracting new customers & client opportunities, delivering existing projects, providing a key client interface and having an integral position within the overall business. Current portfolio is predominantly residential led, including hotels , student accommodation and strategic development advisory to leading developers coupled with other healthcare and office related projects.
Successful candidates must have a sound professional & academic record with a defined UK based construction Project Management career to date (Degree, MRICS, MBA). Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 10-15 years specific consultancy experience – UK based.
You must also be able to demonstrate your skills & ability to manage a team and collaborate across disciplines to develop new business. This is a career opportunity for an aspiring & accomplished Associate Director looking to take their career forward or a fledgling Director seeking a new challenge with greater potential.
