Development Manager

Our client is an award winning developer of mixed use real estate and development across the UK. They are seeking to hire an experienced Development Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience to date to work in their dynamic office.

Projects include a private rental sector scheme featuring two large tower developments. The second project is a clustered office scheme (5 buildings) with GDV in excess of £250m. Projects are based in UK North West but being managed from our clients’ London office.

Candidates wishing to apply must demonstrate the desired level of (development) managerial experience of 8 years or more, you must be suitably trained / qualified by a technical construction / real estate background and most importantly, have relevant and proven ‘UK based’ real estate development experience.

It is a prerequisite that the successful candidate will have either extensive commercial office experience or specific PRS experience / high end residential experience (specifically multi storey development projects)

Salary range is negotiable however as a guide basic salary is c£80-100k basic + benefits.
