Assistant / Project Manager

Our client, an established project & cost management business is in an important growth phase and they are seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager & a Project Manager to be integrally involved a variety of developer led schemes including automotive, residential, hotels and student accommodation sectors, projects from £1m to c£20m. 

Assistant level candidates must have construction led related degree and a minimum 1 – 2 (max 3 years) years property consultancy experience to date. Above all my client are looking for an individual with demonstrable leadership skills although your professional experience needs to include involvement in JCT D&B projects to date.

Our client is seeking a bright, hungry and ambitious project manager with good commercial acumen who can show they have the potential to progress. At this level, you will be expected to provide a reliable client interface too.

For the right individual, our client is prepared to offer a salary package upto £40,000 plus benefits. (and better upon more experience)
