This established Project Management consultancy, due to a bourgeoning workload, is seeking to appoint an Senior Project Manager (URGENTLY) to join their vibrant London office. 

Working with a stellar list of highly acclaimed development companies and major investors / funds you will be managing various commercial office refurbishments, fit outs and development projects, from c£2m to £50m. You will have autonomous responsibility for delivering projects from strategic brief to post occupancy evaluation.

Day to day you will be steering client visions, comprehensively managing the design process and the administering the contract through to handover.  

Candidates should either have a project management or building surveying degree with a minimum of 5 years professional experience to date. You should have a good knowledge of commercial property and associated M&E solutions. CAT A and CAT B experience would be advantageous or related experience worked to Design & Build and / or traditional contracts.

Our client is seeking a passionate & committed individual consistently prepared to go the extra mile. In return, your starting basic salary could be upto 70,000 + benefits (depending on your experience to date) plus a bonus scheme which could see your remuneration increase significantly.
