Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are proud to be representing a new and dynamic cost consultancy business whom are rapidly growing with projects across London and Northern Europe. With almost 40 staff already, due to an already impressive project pipeline and other opportunities to boot, they’re looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team.

Some of their current projects include a prestigious mixed use residential development in the heart of London and a residential tower scheme in a prominent location with a 3 year build program. Our client are enjoying winning projects ahead of other leading PQS companies to include various other residential projects (for private individuals and celebrities too) but not limited to other hotel and commercial office schemes based in the UK and Northern Europe.  

Beyond that, there are an inter-company business with opportunities to work in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. They are so far appointed on a 200m Euro shopping centre and have secured further development sites in Finland.

Candidates seeking to apply should be able to demonstrate a robust and proven PQS background (UK based) with circa 8-10 years or more professional experience to date. MRICS anticipated albeit not a pre-requisite. Right and relevant project experience is key. Any ability to speak a Scandianvian language (to business conversant level) would be highly advantageous.  

Salary guide c£60,000 – £80,000 + benefits. (depending on experience)
