URGENT: Senior QS – SME International Consultancy, C.London c£70-75k basic (2 days WFH)

We are keen to speak with an eligible Senior Quantity Surveyor ASAP.

Highlights:

• Niche cost team of 8 staff in London
• Day to day role is managing a public authority client with c£30m of projects including a £20m residential & art/cultural building. Post contract duties.
• Working with this client 3 days a week with 2 days on general PQS work, pre-contract cost planning etc (higher education / healthcare sectors)
• Working flexibility is 2 days WFH.
• Tangible progression to Associate level.
• Starting salary (subject to experience) – £70-75k basic + bens

Eligibility criteria;

• Right to work in UK (client cannot support those needing active Sponsorship)
• Candidate must have relevant UK PQS experience
• MRICS is highly desirable but relevant PQS & sectorial experience will be considered.
• JCT D&B experience
• Some larger multi unit residential experience preferred
• Cost X experience (ideal)
