Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an established, reputable and traditional PQS consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a project level quantity surveyor to join their thriving business and instrumentally manage various retail and leisure projects.

Immediately you will be working with well-known high street & hotel brands and you would be given the opportunity to head up the delivery of a client account. As a project surveyor, you will have opportunity to capitalize on these accounts and develop them whilst being involved a variety of other schemes at differing stages of construction.

Our client is ideally seeking someone minimum of 3-5 years’ consultancy experience with (ideally) relevant project experience. Candidates do not have to be Chartered (RICS) but specific UK cost consultancy experience is required.  This is potentially a very positive progress to Senior Project Surveyor level within 18 months.

Our client may also consider a more junior candidate (Graduate with 6-12months experience)  if they have the right attributes. Training will provided for those at APC stages.

Salary/package for a project surveyor will be between £40,000 – £50,000 dependant on experience.
