Project Quantity Surveyor

Our exclusive client, an established, reputable and traditional PQS consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their business on various high street retail projects. 

Reporting to a Partner within a supportive & friendly team, our client is seeking a Surveyor capable of managing smaller projects to c£1-2m and who’d be looking to progress to Senior Project Surveyor level (Associate) within 18 months.

As a project surveyor, you will still be instrumentally involved with national retail clients – client facing directly with opportunities to capitalize on these established accounts and develop it whilst being involved a variety of other commercial projects at differing stages of construction. You’re primarily the focus will be on fit out / refit projects and the successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ consultancy experience with ideally relevant project experience.  Candidates do not have to be yet Chartered but cost consultancy experience is required.

Training will provided for those at APC stages. Salary to c£45,000 + Benefits (depending on experience)
