Senior Quantity Surveyor

A very exciting opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor to join this burgeoning cost management team.

Projects are varied, typically between £1m—20m consisting of student accommodation, commercial office refurbishments, pharmaceutical projects, heritage, high end residential and residential care (developer) sectors.

Qualifying candidates must have a suitable background in the PQS (UK) sector, preferably from within the London marketplace. MRICS status is advantageous however relevant experience in the property consultancy sector and the right personality are paramount.

You will be tasked with increasing levels of management (client and internal personnel) and fee generation responsibility. This is a very influential moment to be joining this company and team! This role is offered with genuine expectation and supported progression through to director level.

Remuneration packages include a competitive basic salary to £65,000 + discretionary bonus, 24 days holiday, 5% pension, RICS fees paid and private healthcare.
