Senior Cost Manager
Our client is a rapidly emerging consultancy business, in a relatively short period of time it’s developed into an exceptional building consultancy in London’s highly competitive commercial surveying market.
Since its inception, it’s expanded year on year and is seeking to appoint another Senior Cost Manager to its team. Candidates must be MRICS (min 2/3 years post qualification experience) with a strong commercially led consultancy background to date. You’ll be responsible for the full range of professional pre & post contract duties on various commercial property projects.

Basic salary to c£60,000-65,000 plus excellent benefits & bonus scheme
