Our client is a well-established Quantity Surveying & Project Management practice employing c15 staff. In recent months the practice expanded considerably and it requires a further Project Manager to be involved in managing the delivery of prestigious Central London projects.

Projects are a genuine variety, typically it’s commercial offices (including architecturally significant buildings) being converted to high end accommodation in Mayfair & Knightsbridge as well as plentiful pure residential projects both refurbishment & new build to c£1-10m. Candidates will have a Surveying or Project Management degree with 5 years consultancy experience to date. 

Salary package to c£40,000 – 55,000 + Bonus + Private healthcare.
