Our client, a small and expanding Project Management consultancy is seeking to appoint a Project Manager as a result of a committed work stream over the next 2 years.
Working alongside two other Senior Project Managers’ my client specialize in the refurbishment / redevelopment of independent service stations (across the UK) to include associated retail facilities.
The successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of concurrent projects, at various stages and in a client facing role. (you’d be based between offices in Surrey but travel should be anticipated Nationwide)
Candidates must have a construction led academic background (ie. BSc, MSc or MAPM) & ideally a professional consultancy background with minimum 5 years project management experience to date.
It would be advantageous for candidates to be guided by related experience coupled with / or experience of new build construction & fit-out programmes for retail convenience stores.
For the right candidate, our client is prepared to offer a salary up to c£50,000 basic plus benefits.
