Associate / Senior Project Manager

Our client is a highly respected Surveying & Project Management consultancy, in fact they’re ranked in the ‘fastest growing’ 100 consultancy firms; with a strong & committed workstream, they’re seeking to appoint an Associate level or Senior Project Manager to be involved with a variety of CAT A & B office redevelopments, private residential projects, mixed use development schemes (to c£50m) and industrial property.

With your extensive knowledge of JCT, you will be working alongside a Head of Service in managing & coordinating the full delivery of projects through all construction phases. 

In principle my client are seeking an experienced & charismatic individual with a strong project management consultancy background (attained preferably within the London area) who will & can occupy a ‘hands on’ position and take on full client responsibility and project autonomy. Candidates will be preferably qualified (MRICS and / or MAPM) with minimum 5-8 years post degree experience. A Building Surveying background would be advantageous.

Initial starting salary anticipated between c£60,000-75,000 (depending on experience ) + excellent benefits including a very lucrative bonus scheme
