A niche Project and Cost Management consultancy based in C.London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.  Candidates wishing to apply should be within their APC diary stages, and preferably sitting their exam imminently or later this year.

You can look forward to being involved, and taking ownership where possible, of a variety of schemes from notable commercial office spaces to super prime luxury residential projects in both new build and refurbishments environments. However, initially you’ll be working with a major London based real estate fund whom invests in direct property, on a collection of their on-going project interests in / around London.

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a budding surveyor capable of taking a good amount of responsibility from inception to completion. 

It’s expected you will have a minimum 2 years’ professional PQS consultancy experience with either an accredited degree or Masters. 

Our client is keen on those with entrepreneurial spirit; forward thinking who can focus on the details and has a demonstrable track record within their formative years. Salary c£35-45k + benefits (dependent on experience)
