Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established SME Quantity Surveying & Project Management practice is wanting to appoint a hungry and dynamic Assistant level Quantity Surveyor to assist other Senior Surveyors / Directors with cost estimating, tender processes, valuations, project reporting and client management on a variety of schemes. Candidates can expect to be involved in projects from inception through to completion and as maybe necessary, significant level of project responsibilities.  

Our clients’ project portfolio is truly varied with established clients in the residential, commercial, education and retail sectors. Typical projects ranging from £1m – £20 million.   

It’s expected that applicants will already be working towards their professional status via APC route (MRICS) and will currently have between 1 & 2 years PQS consultancy experience to date. UK based experience preferred.

Candidates should be competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel with excellent written and oral communication skills. Salary guide c£30,000 – £38,000 + benefits.
