Assistant Project Manager
Our client is a niche project management business with an unrivalled reputation for leadership, management & project quality. Our client also have a long history of hiring high achievers with a tangible passion for technical detail and architecture. Further expansion means that they’re looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager (delivery focused) who can either support or take some responsibility for project running, working confidently with their clients from inception to completion.
Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you will be assisting & working towards managing bespoke projects of significant size and complexity – typically London based. Candidates wishing to apply MUST have approximately 12 months professional construction consultancy working experience to date (preferable at a Graduate / Junior PM level), you MUST also have a technical degree – either construction project management or surveying (min 2:1) and will be working towards RICS or APM full membership.
Candidates must have a good understanding of UK construction contracts, particularly JCT. It would be anticipated that you’ve either delivered in a supporting role or outright, projects to c£2-10m. Partnering closely with their clients, they’re looking for professionals who can effortlessly exert their influence to deliver creative & innovative client solutions through thorough understanding and diligent decision making. The post holder will also require exceptional communication skills.
Basic salary to c£32,000 – 35,000 + exceptional benefits package
