Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading intra-disciplinary consultancy, is wishing to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (potentially up to Associate level) to build on their existing team in Berkshire focusing on the delivery of various new build distribution / industrial & office projects along the M4 corridor.

Working with leading real estate developers with strong project pipelines throughout 2021/22, our client is seeking an accomplished and talented QS, with full project running capability & client facing ability to manage their clients’ projects from start to finish, c£15-20m in value.

Reporting to a Divisional Director, your day to day role will encompass both specialist monitoring & traditional project delivery (pre & post contract administration / JCT D&B) as well as steering, guiding and mentoring junior staff.  The projects demand a professionally accredited surveyor with MRICS or MCIOB status.

Any candidates wishing to apply should have a significant professional UK working experience, ideally within the PQS sector although contractor professionals with appropriate project experience are encouraged to apply.
