Our client is a small traditional consultancy partnership (c20 staff) with a long and proven history in the London market.

They are seeking to appoint a Project level Quantity Surveyor due to continued project wins. Purely focused on commercial projects, their current portfolio includes private & student residential, commercial offices and hotels ranging from £2-30m. They experience considerable repeat business.

This is a cracking opportunity for a gifted cost manager to accelerate their career as you can expect supported progression through to senior level as your talent shows. This practice believes in being meritocratic, it doesn’t entertain office politics, they just reward on enthusiasm, effort, skill and results.

Principally candidates wishing to apply must have UK experience, a demonstrable consultancy background (preferably South East & London based) and a good exposure to commercial projects. It’s anticipated that candidates will have full pre & post contract administration with strong estimating skills. Candidates MUST have a Quantity Surveying degree qualification coupled with a professional membership (RICS) or nearly at qualification.

To apply, you must have a minimum experience of 3 years within UK professional practice and be able to manage projects independently.

Salary packages are generous for intermediate level, up to £55k basic + benefits with an additional bonus offered too. (flexibility to work from home is offered circa 1 or 2 days per month – attendance required each and every Monday in office for team meetings)
