Based out of a leafy West London offices, they’re a young and exciting building consultancy, hungry for success…and making waves to! They’re seeking to recruit a Senior QS to their niche cost advisory team to support independently CM won projects and support the wider building consultancy team…and, if you need a regular London fix (!), they have Central London office too!

Employing circa 20 staff, having experienced a consistent expansion since their inception almost 5 years ago, they specialise in the prime & high end residential sector with luxury projects in Chelsea, Hampstead, Mayfair and private estates in the Home Counties & Cotswolds for high net worth individuals and investors. A significant amount are listed buildings too. Projects are typically between £1-15m, either heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top rated architects.

The successful candidate will be appropriately experienced, ideally Chartered (MRICS) with detailed UK based, PQS / cost consultancy background. It’s highly desirable but not essential for candidates to have residential experience but they must have proven skills in managing commercial projects. Candidates must be able to run projects autonomously, be a competent contract administrator (JCT) and have an engaging personality for client facing requirements. In addition, candidates with relevant experience and an underlying interest for project monitoring should also apply.

In return, there is a starting salary of up to £70,000 basic plus car allowance + benefits.
