Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a small independent PQS & PM consultancy based in leafy Surrey! They are an established small business with a strong leisure and hotel(s) portfolio with the majority of projects within the London area.                       

Due to weight of client demands, they’re seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage some new build projects albeit they also have a rich portfolio & history in fit-out and refurbishment projects in aforementioned sectors.  

Candidates wishing to apply will require a proven consultancy background, professional memberships are expected (MRICS, MCIOB) and you must have some recent new build experience, ideally within either hotels or high end residential sectors. It’s also important that candidates have strong Cost Planning and contract administration skills, client facing experience is paramount and capable of full project delivery. Cost X experience would be advanteagous.

Key personal criteria include being charismatic, highly personable and presentable. This is a career opportunity offers a significant responsibility and  longevity to the right candidate.

Our client is happy to consider those within commutable distance of London as initially the role will be working from home and remain flexible throughout.

Basic salary is up to c£70k + Benefits.
