The company has enjoyed a sustained period of growth since its inception and continues to raise the benchmark for exceptional client cost advice. In meeting those expectations, it’s currently looking for a highly motivated senior level quantity surveyors to join their journey.

The successful candidate must be MRICS with a UK-based, PQS / cost consultancy background, and a minimum of two years’ post-RICS qualification experience. Knowledge depth and detail is critical.

Our client’s major project interests are focused towards commercial office (new build and asset management) and private residential, but they’re also keen to speak to those with health and science project experience (commercial development) as they look to expand their portfolio. 

The company can boast a genuine variety of London-based projects ranging from £5m to over £100m. In a relatively short period of time, our client has achieved a reputation of excellence within the marketplace. It is well aware that hiring top quality staff is key to its onward success.

Oure client is prepared to offer a starting salary between c£60,000 – 70,000 basic plus benefits (depending on experience).
