Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a rapidly expanding independent PQS consultancy in the East Sussex area. Since a relatively recent inception, they’ve been quick to establish a robust client base which continues to award them with new business and entrust them with current investments.  

Whilst their projects are varied, high end residential development is concentrating their interest right now, supporting various private individuals & developers, with single and multi-unit bespoke residential projects around the East Sussex region.  In particular, one busy developer is wanting their commercial  support them on a number of new sites over the next 12-18 months.

Consequently they’re actively seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help them meet their general client demands. Candidates will ideally be PQS trained with full RICS Membership, but they will also consider those from contractor backgrounds with relevant experience.

However, it is imperative that anyone wishing to apply must have a working knowledge of Coins software. Candidates must also have proven experience of project delivery from inception to completion with good client management skills to boot.
