A very exciting opportunity for an Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join this established UK property consultancy with a burgeoning cost management team in London. At graduate level, demonstrating a solid set of soft skills and the right personality are paramount. Here, you will be given significant levels of autonomy as your capability will allow but you will receive excellent training to fulfil any APC requirements.

Advantageously you will be involved in a genuine variety of projects, typically between £1m—20m consisting of student accommodation, retail, commercial office refurbishments, pharmaceutical projects, heritage, high end residential and residential care (developer) sectors. Candidates applying must have a QS degree or MSc (Quantity Surveying) with preferably some PQS experience to date, ie. 6 months to 1 year.

Salary  packages include a competitive basic salary from £24,000 – 28,000 (dependent on experience) + discretionary bonus, 24 days holiday, 5% Pension, RICS Fees paid and Private healthcare.
