Our exclusive client, an established, reputable and traditional PQS consultancy has a freelance opportunity for minimum period of 6 months – starting immediately

The assignment is to principally assist a Project Director on an exclusive £10m prime residential project (15,000sqft) in C.London (for a high net worth client) The immediate role is to value variations in accordance with the building contract and manage all construction phase re-measures. Principally candidates will need a thorough understanding of JCT SBC and be able to apply complex amendments to the contract. Applying candidates will also need to have a significant experience as a PQS surveyor dealing with a large contractor – ideally with specific private residential project experience. Day rate from £375-425 per day (dependent on experience)
