Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a niche cost consultancy operating out of South London. Due to increasing workloads within residential / commercial sectors they’re requiring a project running “PQS Surveyor” to assist them with a number of their current projects.

Reporting to the Director, day to day duties will encompass pre & post contract administration and some Project Management experience would be warmly welcomed! Our client is requiring a full time freelancer, 5 days a week, starting within the next 4 weeks with some working flexibility throughout.

Candidates wishing to apply must have a UK based PQS background and training, ideally be MRICS (minimum BSc / MSc) and you must hold a full UK driving licence with a vehicle available.

Day rate c£350-375 (Ltd Co) plus expenses. The contract will be offered on an initial 3 month basis.
