Our client is a niche, independent PM & QS consultancy based in Surrey is seeking to appoint an Associate Director in a lead post in their regional Head office. They are an established small business with a strong leisure and hotel(s) client portfolio with the majority of projects based within the London area.                   

As part of a strategic legacy plan, they’re seeking to appoint an executive level Quantity Surveyor to lead and develop the businesses’ work stream within fit-out and refurbishment projects in the leisure / accomodation industry as well as target other complimentary sector opportunities.  

Candidates wishing to apply will need to be a proven property professional within the consultancy sector, professional memberships are expected (MAPM, RICS) and you must have a strong projects background in fit out, particularly within the hotels / related hospitality arena within construction projects. Business development skills are essential.

Your day to day role will encompass full autonomy for operational & financial concerns, you’ll lead project delivery and all technical outputs. It should be noted that this is a ‘hands on’ executive position.   

Key personal criteria include being charismatic, highly personable and presentable. Within a niche environment, this opportunity offers a significant responsibility and opportunity to the right candidate. Equity discussions are open.

Salary is £70,000 – 80,000 + Executive package with bonus.
