Started out your first role and it doesn’t feel quite right?

Over the last 10 years, our client has experienced consistent growth and built a significant market reputation with nearly a 100 staff based out of their Surrey office. They are continuing to grow and seeking to appoint a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist on a variety of high end residential projects in around Home Counties & in Central London. Projects from £0.5m – £50m.

You’ll be supporting their various cost management teams with pre & post contract administration duties but you’ll also be involved in fund monitoring too and all the while, you’ll be getting closer to completing your APC training – assisted & guided by their vast office support and technical experience to help you.

Candidates wishing to apply MUST have completed a degree in Quanity Surveying (BSc or MSc) coupled with a minimum of 6-12 months professional experience with either a developer, consultancy or contracting company.

Salary guide c£25,000 -30,000 + benefits.
