Senior Building Surveyor

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work on a wide range of public and private sector projects including:

• New build school projects
• Refurbishment and maintenance schemes
• Party Walls
• Dilapidations
• Commercial and Residential projects
• Projects ranging from £20,000- £6m

The ideal candidate will have worked for a private practice and have experience in all the above sectors if possible. MRICS advantageous.

You will work independently on some projects but also as part of a multi-disciplined team on others. Building surveying has been identified as a key growth sector in this company and this opportunity will provide scope for career progression and team management to the right candidate.

Salary offered c£50,000 basic + car allowance + benefits.
