Building Surveyor

Our client has recently opened a central London office and is supported by another established office on the south coast.

It is seeking to appoint an intermediate level (late APC stage) or chartered building surveyor to support the office manager (MRICS) as a result of a growing project demand.

You will be involved in various education, health, commercial and industrial projects and your skills will be utilised on a full spectrum of professional and project work duties.

The candidate will be expected to manage dilapidations and party wall reports on an almost autonomous basis (dependent on experience).

As it’s a small office, your professional attributes are critical as you will need to demonstrate versatility in your approach and be highly personable towards clients and other parties. Within the wider business, your impact and influence will also be crucial in assisting the partner to maintain a steadily growing business.

In return, our client is looking to offer a starting salary up to £45,000 basic salary plus benefits (dependent on experience).
