Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a growing independent cost consultancy based in Fulham but with a regional presence around the UK. Within three years, they now employ a strong cohort of Quantity Surveying talent with particularly backgrounds in high end residential, hospitality and hotel development. Alongside offering traditional pre & post contract administration services they also offer Employers Agent services.

Following more strategic hires this year they’re now seeking to develop a strong project running staff tier and as such, they’re seeking to appoint an Senior Quantity Surveyor to principally support them in managing a number of projects across the business.

Your role will include a multitude of traditional tasks from pre & post contract administration duties (tender reviews, reporting, budget estimating etc) and managing design and chairing (site) meetings, coordinating, compiling and executing project documentation (JCT).

Candidates wishing to apply must have completed a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree and, ideally MRICS too. It’s anticipated that candidates will have up to 5 years post degree qualification experience to date.

Key personal criteria includes being personable, articulate and presentable. You will be given immediate responsibility for project running and client management so candidates must be confident and robust in their ability. Candidates should also have sound IT skills, ideally Cost X experience but not essential.

Salary guide is £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
