Senior Project Manager (Housing)

An established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to advance its reputation as a leader in residential, specialist housing and mixed use sectors.

Suitable candidates should hold a related surveying or construction project management degree (Building Surveying would be particularly advantageous) as would project experience as an employers’ agent. Other client expectations are for candidates to be chartered (RICS) or having attained MAPM status via related experience.

Principally you will provide leadership on a variety of mixed use projects c£10-50m. You should be technically familiar with the standard Forms of Contract (JCT) and / or PPC2000 and NEC, possess good commercial awareness, have a sound understanding of financial risk and principally, demonstrate good leadership qualities.  

Your expertise will provide an integral input to their dealings with contract documents, employer’s requirements, contract amendments, and client design standards & also drive home greater ‘added value services’ in the specific areas of due diligence, project monitoring, general business & financial planning.

Starting salary to c£65,000 + benefits. (dependent on experience)
