Senior Project Manager

Our client, an expanding project & cost management business is seeking to appoint a Senior / Project Manager to manage a variety of developer led schemes including residential, retail and student accommodation projects, to c£20m.

It is highlighted that this is a progressive post – the business would expect this person to be operating at Director level within 2 to 3 years. Candidates must have a sound academic & professional PM background (ie. Degree, MBA, MRICS, MAPM) and minimum 3-8 years property consultancy experience to date.

You must also be able to demonstrate your skills as a standalone project leader and your value experience should include significant D&B projects.

You will be adopting a key client interfacing role. Our client seeks a bright, hungry and ambitious project manager with strong commercial acumen who can potentially lead an internal team, provide focus to important clients whilst contributing to business development.

For the right individual, our client is prepared to offer a salary package to £65,000 plus benefits.
