Senior / Project Manager

Our client is an highly respected & established PQS business with 50 staff in Central London. Because of client project demands, they’re seeking to hire at least one Senior Project Manager and / or Project Manager to join their expanding office. My client has a traditional, hierarchal structure with a strong leadership team albeit supportive to ensure their 25 man construction project management department works in unison.  

On the construction PM side, they specialize in higher risk developments, typically working for niche & renowned property developers, redeveloping and creating spaces at budgets c£5-50m in / around Central London. They are principally wishing to hire a fully competent construction project manager candidate who has a proven ability to manage projects through early feasibility and planning to project completion. You will be expected to support a lead Director in client meetings etc albeit it will be your responsibility to drive individual projects through all stages of construction.

Candidates wishing to apply should have a construction project management or surveying degree, with appropriate memberships within the construction sector. Over and above, they MUST have the required level of experience of new build / ‘cut and carve’ development projects and have led projects from within a property consultancy environment.

Their remuneration package includes a generous base salary to c£75,000 (dependent on experience) + lucrative bonus, healthcare, pension and 23 days annual leave.
