Senior Building Surveyor

Our client has now positioned itself as a leading building consultancy, and in a relatively short period of time, has developed an exceptional business in London’s highly competitive commercial surveying market.

Since its inception, it has expanded year on year and is seeking to appoint another chartered building surveyor to its team.  Candidates must be MRICS (min 2/3 years post qualification experience) with a strong commercially-led consultancy background to date. You’ll be responsible for the full range of professional building surveying duties on various commercial property portfolios.

Our client has just had another outstanding year and is proud to consider almost all of London’s major funders as active clients. Our client has a good apportionment of project work against professional commissions.  It’s important that candidates must possess a confident demeanour, be comfortable in a client-facing role and able to perform the likes of commercial building acquisition surveys on an autonomous basis. Our client’s position and forecast is extremely positive for the future. They continue to be successful in a testing market and will look to develop the business even further with their staff at the forefront of their success.  They are keen to attract someone with exceptional standards, who will go that extra mile for their clients. 

Basic salary to c£50,000 – £55,000 + package plus excellent bonus scheme
