Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is an international consultancy business with a small office in Kent. As part of niche, friendly and busy team, they are seeking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor to be involved with due diligence, building pathology, dilapidations and some party wall work. Reporting to the technical lead you will be working autonomously and with direct client responsibilities.

Candidates must possess a confident demeanour, be client facing and able to demonstrate a track record in performing professional work & reporting on an autonomous basis. Ideally MRICS but not essential, important that candidates can highlight a private practice / consultancy background from the UK. They are keen to attract someone with exceptional standards & who will go that extra mile for their clients.  Basic salary to c£50,000 – £55,000 + benefits package.
