Our client is an expanding consultancy partnership. They are seeking to appoint a Senior / Project Manager because of continued project wins. Focused largely in the commercial sector our clients’ portfolio includes a variety of schemes, including:
- Three hotels (New Build), ranging to £30m + an extension, £8m
- Office to residential conversion, £20m
- Mixed use development, £50m
- New build residential, £30m
- Distribution centre fit out, £30m – South East
- Business park refresh and redevelopment £2-3m – M4 corridor
- Theatre fit out, £3m
- Office fit out, £500k
- Residential new build, £10m – Reading area
- Retail project – East Anglia

Candidates wishing to apply must have relevant UK construction experience, a demonstrable UK consultancy background (preferably South East & London based) and a good exposure to competently assisting or managing commercial projects. At senior level there must be a history of leading schemes to successful completion (s). It’s anticipated that candidates will have experience as Contract Administrator as well as performing typical PM duties.
At intermediate level, successful candidates will have a Project Management degree qualification coupled with a professional membership (RICS) – expected at senior level. A minimum experience level of 3 years within professional practice. Salary packages are generous, offered as lump sums with an additional bonus offered too.
