An award winning consultancy is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager (asap) to join their highly successful multi-disciplinary team in Oxfordshire.

Candidates must have suitable experience within a property consultancy environment (expected min of 5 years to date) with commensurate technical construction qualifications. To be considered, your experience must include project lead experience (preferably Senior PM level) on development and refurbishment projects, with managerial experience from negotiating the start of projects to completion. Evidence of resource & personnel managerial experience is highly desirable to the post. One major project involvement could be a new Aerospace project at c£200m. Day to day role will based out of their Oxfordshire offices but candidates must have a clean driving licence and willing to travel across the Midlands / South and South West. Salary guide £55,000 – 70,000 + excellent benefits package.
