With a secure order book stretching long into 2020, the business is currently monitoring circa £2bn worth of projects consisting over 150 live construction projects, the largest at c£500m.
Since their inception, the companies’ growth has been impressive, developing it’s staff levels, year on year by almost 100% and bolstering its expertise in providing technical due diligence services to both legal clients and prestigious funders in the construction sector.
Project work is fast paced, client facing and varied. Day to day work will entail delivering instructions (start to finish) for niche lenders across sectors such as residential, hotel, office, student, retirement, education and industrial. Frequent UK travel to site and meetings should be expected.
Candidates wishing to apply should meet the following criteria:
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB)
- Minimum 5-7 years UK property consultancy experience to date including management of new build development projects.
- Attention to detail and excellent report writing skills.
- Experience of project monitoring.
- Client facing abilities
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Network of contacts within the funding/development arena. (Highly desirable)
