Our client is a niche, independent PQS & PM consultancy based in Surrey. They are an established small business with a strong leisure and hotel(s) client portfolio with the majority of project work within the London area.
As part of a strategic legacy planning, they’re seeking to appoint a Managing Director to lead and develop the businesses’ work stream within fit-out and refurbishment projects in the leisure industry as well as target other complimentary sector business.
Candidates wishing to apply will need to be a proven property professional within the consultancy sector, professional memberships are expected (MAPM, MRICS) and you must have a strong project background in fit out, particularly within the hotels / related hospitality sectors within construction. Business winning & development skills are essential.
Your day to day role will encompass full autonomy for operational & financial concerns, you’ll lead the teams’ project delivery efforts and be responsible for all technical outputs. It should be noted that this is a ‘hands on’ executive position.
Key personal criteria include haveing a strong market knowledge (and connections), being charismatic, highly personable and presentable. Within this niche environment, the opportunity offers a significant responsibility and buisness ownership opportunity to the right candidate.
Salary is £Negotiable + executive package with bonus.
