Our client is a dynamic & emerging independent cost consultancy with burgeoning reputation. Continuing to expand, they’ve enjoyed a sustained period of growth ever since their inception and now they require a highly motivated Associate level quantity surveyor to help drive forward their next 3 year growth phase. 

The successful candidate must be MRICS with an experienced PQS / cost consultancy background, minimum 5 years post RICS qualification experience. You will ideally have a variety of project /sector experience, but hopefully a focus towards retail, commercial & / or private residential sectors. Our client can boast a genuine variety of  London based projects ranging from £5m to over £100m. In a relatively short period of time, our client has achieved a reputation of excellence within the marketplace and hiring the right quality staff is key to their onward success.

Salary guide to c£80,000 – £85,000 basic plus benefits (depending on experience)
