Our client is a niche and highly acclaimed project management business with an unrivalled reputation for leadership, management & project quality; they have a long history of hiring high achievers with a tangible passion for technical detail and architecture.

They’re seeking to appoint an Associate Director (delivery focused) who can take responsibility of projects from end to end, confidently communicating with clients from inception to completion. Projects are of significant size and complexity and you should have appropriate experience of managing projects in excess of £25m. They will take a keen interest in candidates with project exposures in either commercial office, residential, higher education and the arts.

Candidates are expected to have signifcant project management consultancy experience to date, highly tuned interpersonal skills and a proven track record of UK project completions. With a defined mangement style, they’re seeking someone who can effortlessly demonstrate and exert their influence to deliver creative & innovative client solutions via thorough project & technical understanding and sound decision making. Candidates must also have a technical degree with supportive professional qualifications ie. RICS or MAPM.

Starting salary to c£85,000 + exceptional benefits package (dependent on experience)
